Ahead of Election Day, Bing provides a comprehensive view of relevant information, including voting, state primary results, and the latest news. We’ve also included a module to help you learn more about voting in your state. Click on a module or search for “how to vote” to get information about how to vote in your state from local election officials.

On Election Day, Bing’s 2024 US Election Interactive Map will be at the forefront of your Election Day experience. We offer more filters than ever before, allowing you to sort by Senate, House, and Gubernatorial races, or hover over the state or county you want for more information. We also included statewide elected offices and ballot measures, including the State House, State Senate, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, and Attorney General.

It’s also easy to follow in real time. The map changes dynamically, with shading indicating a candidate’s lead and whether there is an active race, a swing state, or whether results are yet to come.

The side pane next to the map provides a snapshot of the overall results. For presidential elections, both the Electoral College vote results and the popular vote results are displayed. Users can also select a drop-down box for state-level information.
We’re also extending this Election Day experience to mobile.

Data on election experience comes from the Associated Press. At the top of the side pane, you’ll see an indicator telling you when the results were last refreshed, or you can refresh the results manually.
The map will remain after a race is called and will be updated as final votes come in.
We look forward to sharing our election experience with you. Learn more about Microsoft’s efforts to register to vote here or check out Bing’s resources for your state to register/confirm your registration to vote here.
