Baku, Azerbaijan, December 29. The Baku City General Directorate of Local Taxes, under the Tax Service of the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan, will lease the non-residential site for 1.4 million manats ($820,000), with a trend report reported through the Unified Public Procurement web portal.
In this regard, the department signed an agreement with Factor Group-S-1 Closed Joint Stock Company (CJSC).
The company was registered in 2020. The legal representative of CJSC, which has a charter capital of 2.57 million manats ($1.5 million), is Elvin Guliyev.
