Baku, Azerbaijan, January 7. Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry expressed condolences to China over the devastating earthquake, a trend report said.
“We are deeply saddened by the news of the devastating earthquake in Shigatse City, China. “We express our deepest condolences to friendly China and the families of the victims and hope for a speedy recovery for the injured.”
For reference, a magnitude 6.8 earthquake occurred in southwestern China. The earthquake killed 95 people and injured at least 130.
