The bitter legal battle between A-listers Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt still hasn’t cooled down, and new court documents reveal that Jolie instructed her children to “avoid” Pitt during custody visits. I’m claiming it.
Lawyers for Pitt, 60, filed new court documents Thursday alleging that Jolie, 48, tried to interfere with the relationship between her ex-spouse’s six children and their father. According to ET News, which obtained the documents, Jolie’s longtime security guard said the contractor overheard this. harmful The actor instructs the children not to talk to Pitt during their visit.
Tony Webb, who is no longer employed by Jolie, also said he attempted to silence employees and contractors through non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
In a statement, Jolie’s lawyer called Pitt’s new legal filing “shameful.” The lawyer accused Pitt of equating Jolie’s “common NDA” with his request to strengthen the existing NDA to help “cover up his disastrous behavior.”
Pitt’s new claims were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court. Pitt and Jolie are arguing over the Chateau Miraval winery they jointly own in southern France. In February 2022, Pitt began a messy legal process by suing Jolie for selling her stake in her winery to a Russian oligarch rather than to him.
Jolie filed a counterclaim against Pitt, claiming she sold her stake in the winery after negotiations to sell it broke down. She told the court that Pitt insisted Jolie sign a “non-disclosure agreement contractually prohibiting her from speaking outside of court about how Pitt had physically and emotionally abused her and her children.”
Public interest in the lawsuit focused on Jolie’s claims that Pitt was verbally and physically abusive to her and her children. The claim stems from a private jet flight his family took together in 2016. On board the plane, Jolie claims Pitt “choked one of the children, punched another in the face” and “grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her.”

A few days after the flight, Jolie filed for divorce.
Despite the FBI investigation, Pitt has never been officially charged with domestic abuse.
According to Pitt’s latest legal filing, Webb has been on Jolie’s payroll as her security chief for over 20 years, even after she divorced Pitt. Webb said he and several other employees were told by Jolie that they would be sued if they violated the NDA by testifying in their ex-spouse’s former child custody case.
Nonetheless, Webb said some employees “have confirmed that they plan to testify if subpoenaed.”
Webb said one of the contractors working for him heard Jolie “encouraging (the children) not to spend time with Mr. Pitt during custody visits.” Webb did not hear that comment directly.
The legal filing includes a security contractor who reportedly heard the comments and another person who testified in court. Webb said his company was laid off “soon after.”
Webb claims to be currently working at Pitt.
Jolie’s attorney, Paul Murphy, addressed Pitt’s new claims in a statement to ET News.
“Mr. Pete’s continued attempts to equate the typical NDA for security officers and custodians to handling confidential information that employees learn on the job, and calls for NDA expansion to continue covering up his disastrous behavior, remain shameful,” Murphy said. “This case isn’t about a typical NDA, it’s about power and control, and all Angelina wanted was a separation and a positive relationship between all of her family members, including Mr. Pitt. “I’m looking forward to the day when I can do it,” he said.
Regarding the winery, Pitt told the court that he and Jolie had agreed to sell their shares in Chateau Miraval separately “only with the consent of the other party.” Jolie denied this.
Her lawyers told the court that Jolie was “suddenly purchasing Miraval stock on the condition that she agree to a significantly expanded NDA covering Pitt’s personal misconduct, whether or not related to Miraval.” Jolie said this apparent NDA extension was intended to cover up Pitt’s alleged abuse of her and her children.
Pitt told the court that it was Jolie who wanted the NDA expanded, not him.
Last April, Jolie told a Los Angeles court that Pitt’s alleged physical abuse predated the 2016 private jet incident.
Jolie and Pitt have six children: Maddox (22), Pax (20), Zahara (19), Shiloh (17), and twins Knox and Vivienne (15).
