Saracens have re-signed Canadian international Alicia Corrigan ahead of the 2024-25 Women’s Premiership rugby season.
The 27-year-old scored eight tries in 26 appearances for Saracens as they won the 2021-22 title, including one in the Premier League 15 final win over Exeter.
Corrigan has transitioned to rugby sevens and was part of the Canadian team that won silver at the Paris Olympics this summer.
She is expected to join the team after the WXV tournament, which concludes on October 13, with Saracens playing their first game of the new season a week later against the Trailfinders.
“Alicia has adapted really well to the sevens game and was a standout player at the Olympics,” said rugby coach Alex Osterberry.
“She’s an incredible player who works really hard and gives her all every time she plays.”
