His career includes serving as Vice President of Northrop Grumman, one of the world’s largest defense technology providers, generating $30 billion annually. He also served as Chairman of MTI and Steel Partners Holdings. Additionally, Bill is an active Board Member of Ghost Robotics and President of the Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI).
