A second Lego set based on the Horizon franchise will reportedly be released in March.
This set, which includes Aloy, Varl, ShellWalker, and Saw-Tooth, includes 768 pieces and costs $44.99.
According to TheBrickReporter, an Instagram account that previously posted information about the upcoming LEGO set ahead of its official reveal, the set is scheduled to be released in March 2025.
Now, Lego has released a set based on the Horizon franchise. Tallneck was released in May 2022 for $79.99. The set was subsequently discarded.
It is currently unknown if this is the only new LEGO Horizon set planned. It was expected that Lego could produce a new Horizon set to coincide with the release of Lego Horizon Adventures this week.
Telling the story of the first Horizon game entirely in LEGO form, the game includes brick-built versions of all of the game’s major enemy creatures.
VGC’s review of LEGO Horizon Adventures called it “a simple family adventure.”
“Lego Horizon Adventures is a fun family game with witty writing and stunning visuals,” we wrote.
”The gameplay won’t scratch the itch of players who encountered Aloy through the main series, but for younger gamers, it’s one of the few family games available on modern consoles that is legitimately high quality.
“The witty writing and cheeky sense of humor make the game feel like Gurrella is letting his hair down before embarking on his Horizon 3 journey. Some repetitive gameplay aside, it’s an enjoyable palette cleanser in the middle of 2024’s long list of epic experiences. ”
