They say rugby season is over?
But with less than two months left until the start of the 2025 Super Rugby Pacific season, you’d be forgiven for thinking that the Super Rugby Women’s season is scheduled to begin exactly two weeks later.
With the Wallabies heading into their first camp ahead of the Lions tour in January, things are expected to move much faster than usual in 2025. That’s because both the men’s and women’s sides of the game are set to face their biggest rugby season in years.
The Wallabies will welcome the British and Irish Lions in July before traveling to reigning world champions South Africa for two tests, followed by test matches against Los Pumas and the All Blacks.
With a pre-Lions warm-up match against Fiji, the Wallabies are already set to play 10 Tests in 2025, with the Autumn Nations fixture schedule also set to be confirmed.

Coach Joe Yap’s side will co-host the Pacific Nations Series with New Zealand following their annual warm-up match against Fiji and a further two-match series against Wales. This concludes the year with seven matches and 10 guaranteed matches until the end of the World Cup. full form.
