There are 8 teams that can make the cut
Our Premiership Rugby predictions are out there, but they are difficult to predict. The league has had some of the most competitive competition in quite a few seasons. There are currently eight clubs capable of finishing in the top four.
There are only two rounds left in the Premiership. There are delicious matches in each round, making it difficult to predict who will win.

If a club ranked 5th to 8th has any chance of finishing in the top four, the club currently at the top will have to drop points. There are several important devices that allow you to view position movements.
If Newcastle can pick up their first win of the season and beat Bath this weekend, it would be a huge blow to their south-west top four hopes. Likewise, Gloucester are top of the Northampton Saints table.
And the most anticipated match of the final round of fixtures will be between Saints and Bath.
Who will play whom? The fixtures for the last two rounds are as follows:
17 rounds
Friday May 10th Newcastle v Bath (7:45 p.m.) Discovery+ Live
Friday May 10th Sale v Leicester (7:45 p.m.) Live on TNT Sports & Discovery+
Saturday May 11th Bristol v Saracens (3:05 p.m.) Live sports coverage on ITV and TNT
Saturday May 11th Northampton v Gloucester (3:05 p.m.) Discovery+ Live
Saturday May 11th Exeter v Harlequins (5:30 p.m.) TNT Sports Live Stream
18 rounds
May 18 Bath v Northampton (3:05 p.m.)
May 18 Gloucester v Newcastle (3:05 p.m.)
May 18 Harlequins v Bristol (3:05 p.m.)
May 18 Leicester v Exeter (3:05 p.m.)
May 18 Saracens v Sale (3:05 p.m.)
Gallagher Premiership Rugby Predictions
I think the top four teams would be Northampton Saints, Saracens, Bath and Bristol. Northampton and Saracens face off in a semi-final at home.
The top four teams will remain unchanged as the clubs currently in a qualifying position have enough firepower to get a result.
Of course, it is still possible for Harlequins, Sale, Exeter and Leicester to reach the semi-finals. If one of these four wins the second round and the current top four lose, things could be very different. For example, if Harlequins beat Exeter and Bristol lose to Saracens, the London club would leapfrog them into fourth place.
But my expectations remain the same. Even after the regular season ends, the top four will remain the same.
