It is possible to mass -produce 2 tons of electric aircraft through milestone authentication
CAAC (CAAC) has granted A PC (Products) for Carryall Unmanned Cargo Aircraft to AutoFlight. AutoFlight announced that this approval is the first production license for 2 tons of electricity takeoff and landing (EVTOL) aircraft.
Certification process and requirements
CAAC granted a production certificate on December 24, 2024. The PC is one of three essential certifications on the aircraft aircraft and confirms that the manufacturer can continue to produce aircraft that meets the approved design standard.
AutoFlight first secured a tangible certificate (TC) for CARUALL in March 2024, and then the company began to work for production certification. The CAAC review team conducted detailed evaluations, including quality system document review, field inspection and supplier audit.
During the authentication process, AutoFlight developed a comprehensive production quality guarantee manual using 39 procedures. The review team conducted more than 100 on -site inspections and held 13 official review meetings before being approved.
The next step of portable
AutoFlight plans to expand the manufacturing of CARRYALL and start individual aircraft certification (AC) using the current production license. The company will also establish a shipping and after -sales service system to support commercial operation.
Automatic lighting has already secured order contracts with several logistics companies and cheap operators. The company aims to promote efficiency and environmental sustainability by expanding the adoption of EVTOL technology for air logistics.
CARRYALL: Overview
CARRYALL is an electric autonomous cargo aircraft with a weight of up to 2 tons of takeoff. Payload capacity can be compared with small helicopters, but it offers several advantages, including quiet operating, reduced operating costs and environmental advantages.
Carryall, designed for low missions, provides services to three major markets: logistics transportation, emergency supply and rescue operation. Customers include logistics providers, emergency services, general aviation operators and government agencies.
Continuous EVTOL development of AutoFlight
Founded in 2017, AUTOFLIGHT focuses on developing EVTOL and has completed 10,000 conversion flights. In the development of aircraft, the company follows the strategy of “small to large to large, from cargo to passengers”.
