Brian Schottenheimer, director of New Dallas Cowboys, hired his replacement as an attack coordinator. According to Mike GaraFolo and Ian Rapoport of the NFL network, Klayton Adams will run Cowboy’s attack after coaching the offensive line of the Arizona Cardinals.
The adoption of Adams fits that Dallas Coo Stephen Jones told Jori Epstein of Yahoo Sports what he is looking for in a new coordinator. Schottenheimer, which was promoted to chief coach from the offensive coordinator on January 24, will continue to play as a coach. So the cowboy wanted a coach to improve the rushing attack of the attack.
Jones told Epstein: “Run games will be important in how we fill the OC.

Stephen Jones said the OC goal is “the best coach to help us.” https://t.co/j3jhkhsq8n

The cowboy is 27th in the NFL, with an average of 100.3 yards per game with 1,705 yards of dashes, so ADAMS can improve.
Rico Dowdle rushed Dallas to 1,079 yards, leading an average of 4.6 yards per carry. However, Ezekiel Elliott was released after 17 weeks, only 226 yards before it. The other cowboy, which runs again, did not edit 100 yards during the season.
Before joining with Arizona staff, ADAMS coached a tight ending and was an assistant attack line coach with COLTS. He coached the attack line throughout his career and returned to his first regular assistance as a game coordinator with Western Washington. ADAMS coaches in Sacramento, San Jose and Colorado before moving to NFL.
ADAMS has joined Matt Eberflus, a former Chicago Bears Coach, hired as a defensive coordinator of Schottenheimer.
