Half-centuries from Matt Hurst and James Coles rebuilt the Lions innings after they had slipped to 21 for four before the tail opened, despite Jem Ryan and Sam Elliott claiming three wickets.

Opener Ben McKinney was hit by Hurst and Coles for 47.
Hurst went down the wicket and was adjudged leg-bound before Coles fired Elliott to the leg.
