Baku, Azerbaijan, December 1. Georgia’s Deputy Interior Minister Alexander Darakhvelidze said at a briefing that a Georgian Interior Ministry employee suffered burns after protesters used pyrotechnic devices near the parliament building in Tbilisi.
“At today’s rally, protesters used fireworks, resulting in burns to an Interior Ministry employee,” Darakhvelidze said.
The deputy interior minister urged protesters to demonstrate peacefully. Otherwise, the Ministry of Interior will have to use all extraordinary means to stop the protests.
