Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused in one of two lawsuits filed Monday of drugging and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy in a New York City hotel room in 2005.

The lawsuit filed in New York State Supreme Court is the latest in a series of lawsuits in which the defendants claim they were sexually assaulted by Combs at parties and conferences over the past two decades.
Combs’ attorney Monday denied the two new claims and accused the plaintiff’s attorney, Anthony Buzbee, who represents the accuser in the previous lawsuit, of seeking publicity.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and integrity of the judicial process,” the emailed statement said. “The court will hold that Mr. Combs has not committed sexual assault against anyone, male, female, adult, or minor. “The truth will be determined that there has been no human trafficking.”
Combs, 54, is in a New York City jail after pleading not guilty to federal sex trafficking charges included in an indictment made public the day after his Sept. 16 arrest. The charges include allegations that he coerced and abused women and silenced victims through threats and violence.

The 10-year-old boy, who was not identified in the lawsuit, was an aspiring actor and rapper who had traveled with his parents from California to meet with music industry insiders. The boy eventually lost consciousness. When he woke up, Combs threatened to cause great harm to the child’s parents if they told anyone what happened, the documents said.

According to the document, when an aspiring contestant expressed doubts, he was eliminated from the competition and was unable to return to the music industry for seven years.
Both lawsuits were filed under New York City’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act. This law allows survivors to file lawsuits even if the statute of limitations has passed.
