Mo Salah was Liverpool’s hero in the win over Brighton, and when we look back at his best goals for Liverpool, it’s a moment that will no doubt be repeated many times.
After the match, one social media user discovered what happened to the King of Egypt during the match, which made for some interesting viewing.
They noticed how many times our number 11 was fouled against the Seagulls, and seeing them all watching together shows how cynical our opponents are.
The best way for the 32-year-old to respond to those four fouls was for him to go to the other end and score a worlder to settle the game the best way he knew how.

Mo Salah responded the best way he knew how.
His performances led Micah Richards to say we should offer him a new contract, something the forward seemed to have mentioned in his shock statement.
We all know how important the record scorer is and many will call for the club to ensure he spends his future at Anfield rather than elsewhere.
Time will tell whether this is the case, but with their on-field performances so impressive, it would be good if the pursuit of new contracts for Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold is sorted out quickly.
For now, let’s enjoy the club legend’s durability and match-winning moments that brought us to the top of the league.
