I once told her I wanted to get a tattoo of a crazy clown with a crazy face, but her mother wouldn’t let me do it, saying, “You don’t want that on your body.” But I know I did! It felt like a crazy clown was talking to me. One day, my daughter was walking into a vintage store and she found this crazy clown sweater and bought it for me.
9. History was the subject I learned best. For whatever reason, it was the only thing I was good at. I love trying to understand who our ancestors were and how they lived.
10. “Time of the Season” by Zombies takes me back to when I was a kid and life was an adventure.
11. I started working as a surgeon in a hospital when I was 18. I watched the first autopsy from start to finish, and I even saw the man alive the night before, enjoying tapioca pudding. The next morning, they told me to take him out of the refrigerator.
12. If I weren’t an actor, I want to be a sculptor. I recently started sculpting. It’s a different creative outlet and a new angle of creation that I’ve never experienced before. Very interesting. I was able to concentrate on sculpture. I’m going to go to art school and get my hands dirty. I used to sleep with clay under my fingernails and dream in marble.
13. The proudest moment in my career was when I started making a living as an actor and was able to get rid of my side job as a bartender.

I take pride in what I do, and I try to convey their strength through my personality.

18. I would like to visit parts of the world that I have never been to before, such as South America, Greece, or the Nordic countries.
19. After a busy day, I like to go out and eat to de-stress. I’m lucky enough to live near 20 great restaurants within a five-block radius of Manhattan.

As an ambassador for GLA, I led a group of Lyme disease advocates on a trip to Capitol Hill to advocate for increased funding for Lyme disease treatment and diagnosis. Lyme disease has brought profound pain and disruption to my family’s life that I never dreamed possible, but that pain has demanded an equal response from all of us. You have to deal with what you have to deal with and fight back against everything. You have it. I wish everyone knew how insidious Lyme disease is and how little is known about it.
25. My favorite weekend activity is water skiing, which I started doing 23 years ago. Sometimes my son comes along or my daughter goes wakeboarding, but these days, not many people ride slalom skis, so I often go with friends.
