British heavyweights Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois face off at Wembley this week, and former pro Joseph Parker believes Joshua will finish the fight in just six rounds.
Joseph Parker Supports Joshua
New Zealand boxer Joseph Parker is rooting for former opponent Anthony Joshua to beat Daniel DuBois in what looks set to be the first-ever heavyweight showdown.
Joshua-Dubois will perform at Wembley this weekend, with 96,000 fans expected to flock to London to watch the heavyweight titans clash.
Joshua is the favourite to win Saturday’s fight, with most supporters believing ‘AJ’ will emerge victorious, and Parker is no different.

Ahead of the fight, Parker said he thought Joshua would get the job done within six rounds. “I thought Joshua looked very dangerous in his last fight, as he did in the first five or six rounds.
“I think DuBois (if he wins) will be in the second half. He showed a great chin and great determination against Filip Legovic and showed his power in the second half. He’s the underdog and has a lot to prove.”
DuBois has won his last two fights since losing to Oleksandr Usyk, while Joshua hasn’t lost since losing to the Ukrainian heavyweight champion.
“Joshua has power with his right hand, but he can box too. When I fought him, he could negate what I was doing. Joshua has a lot more power than Hrgovic. If he lands like Hrgovic, I think Joshua can stop him. But if DuBois lands clean, he’ll test AJ’s chin. Then, can AJ come back from his injury and show the courage and determination to win?”
Parker has fought AJ just once during his career, losing to the Briton via unanimous decision in 2018. The 32-year-old retired from boxing in 2024 after winning his last five fights in the ring.
