Irish indie folk wonderkids who rocked this year’s Glastonbury Festival Kingfish With the release of their new single, they showcase a whole new side to their artistry. ‘I cried, I cried’.
Inspired by the talented trio’s desire to start anew, the track is a powerful and irrepressible energy, combining upbeat melodies, guitar-driven refrains, and introspective lyrics to make a great addition to this fast-growing group’s impressive back catalogue.
“It expresses what it feels like to bury a part of yourself so the rest of you can live, and then wonder if that sacrifice will actually make a difference. And if not, where are you?” the band said in a joint statement about the upbeat track.
