Lenny Kravitz says he’s never felt younger. And he’s ready for his next chapter. Whatever it is.
“Well, I don’t have a choice,” Kravitz joked to his “CBS Mornings” co-anchor. Gayle King During a recent interview. He is preparing to celebrate his 60th birthday on May 26.
King referenced his hit 1989 song “Let Love Rule” and wondered if the music legend was letting love rule his life. She asked Kravitz if he currently had a partner or was looking for one.
Kravitz admitted that “it’s hard not to find” what you want, but for now, “I’m just open to it.”
“I knew I could find it when I wasn’t looking,” he told King. “And I’ve been saying this for years: ‘I’m ready, I’m ready, I’m ready.’ I didn’t think I was ready yet, did I?

“Well, I can tell you I’ve never felt like I do now,” Kravitz said.
In an interview with King, Kravitz said his New album ‘Blue Electric Light’ and share his anxiety, Including a recovering “people pleaser.”
“I think I was raised to please people, not on purpose. That’s where I put a lot of people’s feelings before my own, because I want to see people happy. And if you take it too far, it can be harmful.” said.
Recently, Kravitz said she’s been focusing on herself and creating boundaries.
“That’s something I’ve worked out and grown up with. Sometimes you don’t need it. And this is something I actually learned from my daughter,” Kraviz explained. “She’s good at creating her own boundaries. Her boundaries are healthy. But that generation doesn’t have time to play.”
