The time has finally come. The 2XKO alpha playtest is scheduled for this August, and you can register now at this link. Playtesting will be conducted on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
The announcement was made via an announcement video posted on social media, which you can watch in full below. This alpha test, “the first of many,” will give those who access the alpha a single invitation code to share with one friend. Both local and online play are possible.

This alpha test has a few changes compared to the previous public demo, including Ahri’s changed kit, a new fuse, and other small changes, so for all the latest 2XKO information, you’ll find some surprises in store.
The new Fuse mentioned is an auto-combo feature that allows players to mash one of their inputs to get an easy combo. So now if you are a very skilled player it might be worth it as a playing experience.
Our first playtest is a playtest in select regions (US, Canada, UK, France, Brazil, Japan, Mexico). More information will be available leading up to testing in August, and a build will be available on the Evo for attendees.
