Week 2 of the NFL featured several notable upsets for several teams.
The underdogs are 8-5-1 against the spread (ATS) and 7-7 against straight-up (SU), including Sunday Night Football and Thursday Night games.
Seven underdogs on a winning streak? This is only the third time in the past nine seasons that it has happened in Week 2 (Seven won in 2016 and 2018).
The biggest underdog was the Las Vegas Raiders, who won as a road underdog, beating the Baltimore Ravens by nine points.
It should also be noted that the Cincinnati Bengals lost to the Kansas City Chiefs but took a 6-point lead, and the New England Patriots fell to the Seattle Seahawks in overtime after taking a 3-point lead.
Let’s take a look at each of the seven upset wins so far this week, with odds provided by DraftKings Sportsbook.
